Ever since I worked at an MMORPG company and I found out one of my co-workers who had worked on World of Warcraft had an NPC in WoW named after him I've always thought it would be awesome to have an NPC or item in the game named after me.

While I do have an NPC named after me in a previous MMORPG I worked on, having someone (or something) in World of Warcraft would be awesome.

Earlier tonight I found out about (and bought off trade chat) Erorus' Ledger of Trade which is a reference to Erorus, the creator of The Undermine Journal.

I even went into April and let her know that Erorus has an item in the game and how cool that was. I then also mentioned how it would be cool if I had an item in the game but I likely wasn't popular enough for that.

Later that night I decided to build a Trading Post (of course I would!) for my garrison building in The Spires of Arak.

Imagine my surprise and delight when I used my garrison ability (called "Smuggler's Run") which summons a Rare Goods Vendor and his name was "Honest Jim". I thought that was pretty neat but as I looked closer I started to notice some things.

• He's a human named Jim.
• He has facial hair. (Although, he also has hair on his head which doesn't fit my theory. lol)
• His flavor text reads "If you've got the gold, I've got the goods!".
• He is a Rare Goods Vendor (get it…Rare Goods, as in Blues).
• He sells you many rare items, some at pretty high prices (2,200g for a 28 slot bag!?!).

2,200g for a bag? That's some ignorant bull…gimme one!

In this quick video we show you where to find Korda Torros a rare spawn in Kun-Lai Summit who drops the BOP item Forager's Gloves. The gloves make mining, herbing, skinning and archeology faster in Mists of Pandaria zones.

Today's tip is one that might come in handy if you're buying a lot of ink to stockpile before the 5.0.4 patch on August 28, 2012.

To buy multiple vendor items at one time hold the Shift key while right or left clicking an item in a vendor window. A small dialog will come up and allow you to enter how many items (up to the max stack size) you would like to purchase.

If you're buying large quantities of vendor items you might also try the addon BuyEmAll which allows you to enter a purchase amount over the max stack size. Below is a screenshot of BuyEmAll in action.

It's not often that something completely takes me by surprise but learning about this particular mogging item from one of my livestream viewers certainly did. I present to you the Brunnhildar Harpoon. This is a common (white) quality polearm sold by an NPC that can be used for transmogrification. Not only is this item freaking huge, it has a built-in glow that covers up enchants and can be sold on the auction house. Read on for more details on this hidden mogging gem.

Many of us love using _NPCScan to hunt rare spawns for fun and profit (Collidus the Warp Watcher anyone?). Problem is, once you find a rare spawn _NPCScan won't alert you if you see them again unless you delete your creaturecache.wdb file outside the game.

This short video goes over how to delete the proper file as well as a shortcut to make it faster the next time you need to delete it.

If you have been living under a rock (or not following  @DEazeroth) you will have no idea what transmogrification is, nor will you have any idea how to profit off it?  Shame on you, you should.  But seriously, in Patch 4.3, there are some greens that sell for far more than even level 85 blues and purples.  Why?  They look unique.

So, how can you profit off of these high green items?  Well, the most obvious way is to look at the Auction house.  In addition to that, I also subscribe to Faid’s (Nerf Faids) opinion that Farming (if done correctly) can be a very efficient use of time and resources.
