Auctionator Shopping List For Battle Pets
We've been working on the process of analyzing the possibility of buying pets on one server and selling them on another. In the process we've done a few things to prepare including creating a Starter Edition account and building level 1's on all the servers we are planning to try this on.
One of the things we realized was that we needed a quick way to be able to asses the battle pet markets on these servers as well as track the prices across servers to look for opportunities to buy and sell battle pets across server profitably.
While we won't go into all of the work we did to try to solve this problem we are going to share the Auctionator Shopping List that we built off of Kaexo's list that he provided in the post "Buy Battle Pets On One Server, Sell On Another". Head past the jump for the Auctionator-importable list.
Best Sellers
If you'd like to learn more about the reasons Kaexo chose these particular pets check out the post linked above.
It should also be noted that this isn't a list of all possible battle pets that can be caged and sold across servers but rather the pets that Kaexo thought stood out to their mind as the ones they had had the most success with.
Here is the list for those who know how to import Auctionator Shopping Lists. For those who don't, read on after the list for some basic instructions.

Importing The List Into Auctionator
To import the list above into Auctioantor first copy the text above.
With the auction house window open select the "Buy" Auctionator tab.
Manage Shopping Lists |
Select the "Manage Shopping Lists" button from the lower left. This should take you to the Auctionator options > Shopping List menu.
Auctionator Shopping List Options |
One on the Shopping Lists options menu select the "Import" button.
Shopping List Text Import |
After pressing "Import" the import menu (above) will come up. Pasted the text you previously copied into the black text field on the left and press "Import".
This will create a new shopping list called "Battle Pets" for you in Auctionator.
Using The Shopping List
Once you have the shopping list imported into Auctionator you can search for all the battle pets by openeing the auction house window and selecting the Auctionator "Buy" tab.
Selecting "Battle Pets" Shopping List |
Once on the Buy tab click the Shopping List selector from the top left and select the "Battle Pets" Shopping List.
This will show you all the pets you will be searching for in the left-hand column.
Search for All Items |
To start the search press the red "Search for All Items" button in the lower left and wait. The search will be performed and might take a minute.
Search Results |
Once the search finishes you will be presented with the results in the bottom right panel.
These results may include a few seemingly duplicate names in whit the first time it is run. If you run the search a second time these duplicates should disappear.
Once you have your results you can sort them be price or item name by pressing the text at the top of the columns.
I am currently sorting them most often by name as I am recording prices across multiple servers. You might want to sort them by lowest price first if you are looking for bargains.
Conclusion
I hope this Auctionator Shopping List will help those of you who are looking to try to buy battle pets on one server and sell on another. It might also be useful for people who are interested in simply checking the battle pets that Kaexo selected as their main sellers on a few different servers.
I will likely be talking more about what I'm doing with the data I'm collecting on my livestreams and possibly in future posts. Until then, happy hunting!
